The local network needs no server. For internet connections behind difficult NATs, a small Linux server can help paired devices find each other and forward encrypted traffic.

Package setup instructions will follow release.Pair devices once using a PIN or password. Later sessions authenticate the paired keys and encrypt the stream end to end.
MonkViewer's cryptographic design and implementation are not independently audited. Consider these limits before relying on it for sensitive access.
LAN discovery exposes local host metadata. Relays cannot read session contents, but network metadata remains visible. Paired devices can control the host.
